Aero precision uses tough 7075 t6 aluminum to create your bar barrel nut then anodizes the surfaces to make it even more durable. This aero precision ar 15 bar barrel nut is purpose built for use with the company s m4e1 enhanced upper receiver but the nut will work with pretty much any mil spec ar upper receiver on the market. Each barrel nut is machined from 7075 t6 aluminum and includes 4 shims to aid in installation. Total weight on the barrel nut is 2 24 ounces.

This product comes with 4 shims to properly time the gas tube with the upper receiver.
